These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the SED8 website (the “Site”) operated by ADSI Pty Ltd (“ADSI”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), and any products, services, or information made available through it.

By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

ADSI Pty Ltd is an Australian company specialising in aquatic health solutions for aquaculture and ornamental fish industries. SED8 is a plant-derived aquatic anaesthetic registered with the Australian Pesticides and Veterinary Medicines Authority (APVMA), manufactured and supplied exclusively by ADSI.

By using this Site, you agree that you will:

• Use the Site only for lawful purposes
• Not use the Site in a way that breaches any applicable laws or regulations
• Not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site, its servers, or connected systems
• Not introduce viruses, malware, or any other harmful code
• Not use the Site to transmit unsolicited or unauthorised advertising material
• Not interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Site or other users’ access to it

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate your access to the Site at any time, without notice, if we believe you have breached these Terms.

While we make every effort to ensure that product information, dosage guidance, and technical specifications are accurate and up to date, we make no guarantees regarding completeness, accuracy, or suitability for a specific application.

SED8 is registered with the APVMA for use in salmonids in Australia. For all other species and jurisdictions, please contact ADSI for guidance.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of SED8 complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and licensing requirements in your jurisdiction, including but not limited to veterinary, agricultural, environmental, and food safety regulations.

Orders All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. Placing an order does not constitute a binding contract until ADSI confirms acceptance in writing.

Pricing Prices listed on the Site or in quotations are in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise specified and may change without notice. Prices exclude GST, freight, and any applicable duties or taxes unless stated otherwise.

Supply ADSI reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including where:

• The product is unavailable or out of stock
• Pricing or product information has been listed incorrectly
• We have reason to believe the order is fraudulent or non-compliant with regulatory requirements
• The buyer is unable to provide required documentation (e.g., evidence of permitted use)

Payment Terms Payment terms will be set out in your order confirmation or commercial agreement with ADSI.

Delivery times are estimates only. ADSI is not liable for delays caused by third-party carriers, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Returns Due to the nature of veterinary products, returns are generally not accepted unless the product is faulty, damaged in transit, or supplied incorrectly. Any return requests must be submitted in writing within 7 days of delivery.

Refunds Where a return is accepted, refunds will be processed in line with Australian Consumer Law and any applicable commercial agreements.

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, illustrations, images, product names, and software — is owned by or licensed to ADSI Pty Ltd and is protected by Australian and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may view, download, and print content from the Site for personal or internal business purposes only. You may not:

• Reproduce, modify, distribute, or republish content without our prior written consent
• Use any ADSI or SED8 branding, logos, or trademarks without authorisation
• Use content for commercial purposes outside of legitimate use of our products

Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability is limited, at our option, to:

• Re-supplying the goods or services
• Refunding the price paid for the goods or services
